Following a semi successful acting stint in “Battleship”, Rihanna has her eyes set on an iconic role as Elvira, the female protagonist in the film “Scarface.” The role was originally brought to fruition by Michelle Pfeiffer.Universal Studios is producing the movie and there is no release date as of yet, but apparently the 24 year old Bajan is hell bent on portraying Tony Montana’s love interest.
Rihanna is apparently a huge fan of the movie and Pfeiffer’s portrayal of the character. So much so that she knows all of her lines and has even perfected her walk. Friends of the star even say Rihanna has based some of her music and videos on Elvira.
Elvira is a pretty iconic character. Do you guys think Rihanna can fill those shoes?
