Following an arrest for allegedly head butting then-wife Evelyn Lozada on August 11th, Chad Johnson has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor battery. The plea was entered by Johnson’s lawyer in Broward County in FL and Johnson was not present at the time. He faces up to a year in jail in convicted.
