After tattooing his estranged wife’s face on his leg, Chad Johnson is refusing to sign the divorce papers. Evelyn Lozada filed for divorce from the disgraced football star after he allegedly head butted her after she found a receipt for condoms in her car. The two had only been married for six weeks when the altercation took place resulting in Lozada filing for divorce three days later.
In what some are calling a poor attempt to when Lozada back, Johnson tattooed a picture of the Basketball Wives star on his leg last week and now we hear that he is refusing to sign the divorce papers. Sources close to Johnson are saying that he does not want to partake in divorce proceedings and will not sign the papers because he does not want to get a divorce.
Unfortunately for Johnson, Lozada filed the papers in Florida and under their law a divorce can be finalized without his signature as long as a judge approves it.
