Gucci Mane is well known for his legal troubles and the latest one has him coming out his pockets. In January 2011 a woman by the name of Diana Graham was pushed out of the rapper’s moving Hummer truck after she refused to have sex with him. Gucci Mane pled guilty to the charges later that same year. Graham sued for mental anguish, pain, and emotional stress. Graham won a default judgment because Gucci failed to show up in court and submitted false testimony. Gucci Mane is ordered to pay $60,000 and if he doesn’t settle the debt she has a court order to seize assets. That shouldn't be so hard to come up with, he raps about spending $90,000 on a watch, right?
