Iphone users rejoice!!!! Word around town is the Iphone 5 release date will be announced at an Apple press conference Wednesday, September 12th. Along with speculation of the new phone, Apple is also rumored to be releasing a smaller, more compact Ipad and a new Ipod Nano. The phone is said to have a 4 inch screen, a new docking port, and extremely slimmer than its predecessors.
Apple is possibly awaiting release until October so they can experience the holiday surge in sales they did last year with 4s. They have seen their sales stall as people wait for the arrival of the highly anticipated phone, so it wouldn’t seem unimaginable that Apple wants some of that holiday cash.
